We are a family-owned business humbly established in Middletown since 2005. We opened up another store in Fairfield in 2019. We infuse the water with ozone so your laundry is deeply cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized.

+ What do I do to get my laundry done for free?

It's simple! Fill up the Laundry Spot black duffel bag with your dirty laundry and drop it off at the Laundry Spot in Middletown (2500 Atco Ave., Middletown) any time between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday.

+ Why are you doing this for free?

We're offering FREE bags of laundry wash, dry, fold as a thank you to Atrium Hospital employees who are doing so much for our community.

+ How much does one bag cost?

Should you wish to continue the pick-up and delivery laundry service with us, we're offering Atrium Hospital employees a special flat rate of $44.99/bag.

+ How much laundry does one bag fit?

The bag fits approximately 3 loads of laundry. It's ideal for 2-3 people's weekly laundry.

+ Can I have more than one bag?

Yes. If you would like to continue the pick-up and delivery laundry service, please call 513-268-6136.

+ How often can I use the wash, dry, fold service?

You can use us as often as you'd like.

+ How will I pay?

We will charge the card on file every time you leave us laundry to do.

+ ABOUT HOW WE CARE FOR YOUR LAUNDRY

+ How is my laundry sorted?

We sort your laundry into whites, colors, dark colors, and delicates and wash them separetely. We use the delicate cycle for delicate items.

+ What temperature setting is used to wash my laundry?

We wash using cold, ozonated water, which means your clothes get deeply cleaned and sanitized. The use of cold water also means your laundry will remain soft, and many of our customers discover they no longer need fabric softener. We use the delicate cycle for delicate items.

+ How is my laundry dried?

We dry on low heat for delicate items and medium heat for everything else.

+ How is my laundry folded and hung?

We fold all your clothes so they're ready to be put away. We will hang certain items upon request. Please indicate which items you would like hung on the intake form.
